The Building Maintenance Staff is responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep, safety, and functionality of all store facilities, equipment, and utilities. This includes performing preventive maintenance, addressing repairs, and coordinating with contractors or service providers to maintain a safe and well-functioning building environment for customers and employees.
Qualifications/Requirements: Vocational or Technical course graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, or related field. TESDA certification is an advantage.
