*Job Description *

Bring Pizzas and products to the customers
Make dough based on business volumes and needs
Maintain Lobby area clean
Operate dishwashers to wash dishes and pans, and dough trays
Keep production area and restaurant clean
Replenish condiments and other supplies and coke fridges as needed
Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand and machine
Scour pots and pans
Package take-out food
Portion and wrap foods
Prep and label all food and prep products
Maintain and monitor food expiration dates and proper FIFO rotation
Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
Serve customers at counters or to heat rack
Stock refrigerators pop coolers
Take customers' orders and handle payments
Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, shelving, storage areas, appliances and equipment
Handle and store cleaning products
Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and other storage areas
Remove kitchen garbage and trash
Follow and maintain cleaning and deep cleaning check lists
Sweep, mop, wash and floors
Perform cashiering duties, cashout procedures and closings
Maintain temperature logs of our makeline and refrigeration equipment
Maintain and put daily entries into food waste logs
