A good machine begins with a good design, but good documentation makes the difference for the user. As a Technical Documentalist, you ensure that our machines are accompanied by a clear user manual and assembly instruction.

Your challenge

You work closely with our designers and software specialists. Based on the information they provide, you write clear and safe instructions for the use, assembly, repair, or adjustment of the machines using correct language and technical terminology, which is complete, available in the correct language, and on time. Additionally, you actively contribute ideas for improving our working methods, tools, and software.

Without this information, good service and customer satisfaction are unachievable. This important role is therefore essential in the overall development process of the machines and services.

What will you do?

• Together with a colleague, you are (co)responsible for creating technical documentation for the various machines of Trioliet. In doing so, you create clear and concise technical documentation for both dealers and the end user.
• You also create workshop manuals and service bulletins for our service department to facilitate repairs for our dealers.
• You ensure that all necessary documentation is available on time and you publish and manage the documentation in our web portal.
• Internal technical documentation, such as work instructions and checklists, may also be part of the task package.

What do you bring to the table?

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role. Experience with content management software is a plus.
• (Technical) MBO+ or HBO education.
• Good knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of the German, French, or Spanish language is a plus.
• Knowledge of XSLT, Microsoft office and the graphic packages Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is a plus.
