Project Engineer

1.Handle NPI/ECN and project transferring to Mass Production (MP) 2.Provide training, coaching to operators to ensure that they understand on process working instruction 3.cross-functional teams work with production, quality, test, process, Warehouse, Planning, and Maintenance departments 4.Lead problem-solving activities related to production abnormalities, quality issues, machine downtime, and material shortages 5.Independently complete Flowchart, PFMEA, Control plan, WI, and other documents 6.Identify, analyze, and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree or Above in Electrical and Electronics or Mechanical or related field 25 years old and above Good command of english 2+years of working experience in process Engineer Have knowledge of Electronices process Have experience in Electronics & Assembly PCBA
