Production Leader

Responsible for controlling and supervising the production process according to the PMC plan to meet output, quality, and delivery targets. This covers SMT, Wave Soldering, Preform, Assembly, and Repair processes, including overseeing production standards, employee training on WIS and production skills, preparing production reports, and controlling inventory. Support 7S activities and production line audits, implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce scrap and rework, and manage performance evaluations for subordinates and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications: Education: High School / Vocational Certificate or higher in Electronics or a related field Gender: Not limited, Age: 25 years and above Basic English communication skills At least 2 years of experience in production within the Electronics/EMS/PCBA industry Knowledge and experience in SMT, Wave Soldering, Assembly, Repair, and related production processes Experience in a Supervisor/Production Team Leader position Leadership qualities, high responsibility, and the ability to work well under pressure
