Accountant

Your tasks

1.Ability to review invoices, tax invoices, and supporting documents for payments. 2.Ability to record accounts payable transactions, monitor outstanding balances, and perform account reconciliations. 3.Knowledge of payment documentation and bank transfers to vendors. 4.Ability to prepare withholding tax documents and related tax forms. 5.Proficiency in accounting software or ERP systems. Experience with SAP or Oracle will be an advantage. 6.Good command of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data verification, and report preparation. 7.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in checking figures and documents. 8.Honesty, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of the company’s financial information. 9.Ability to manage workloads and complete tasks within deadlines.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable and payment processing.
3. Knowledge of accounting, Value Added Tax (VAT), and withholding tax.
4. Good communication and coordination skills when dealing with vendors and internal departments. Fair in English and Chinese will be an advantage.
5. Ability to solve problems and work well under pressure.
6. Positive attitude, willingness to learn new things, and ability to work effectively with others.
