Warehouse Operative

Permanent Location: Watford Salary: £25,000–£27,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, 5 days per week, on-site

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Operative to join their team on a permanent basis at their Watford site. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, reliable and hardworking individual looking to build their career within a busy warehouse environment. Previous experience working within a regulated environment is preferred, as the successful candidate will be required to follow strict procedures and maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and storing goods accurately
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintaining accurate stock records and documentation
• Ensuring products and materials are stored safely and correctly
• Following company procedures, health and safety requirements and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse environment
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with day-to-day operations
• Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
