Business Systems Analyst

Analyse business/technical requirements, ensure traceability, and manage UAT/Sprint issues. Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to drive solution design, implementation, testing, and successful project delivery. Facilitate requirements workshops with Front Office, Operations, UX/UI and Technology stakeholders. Manage Treasury & Markets projects and good understanding of asset classes like Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, FX, FX Derivatives and Interest Rate Swaps. Act as a bridge between business users and technology teams, providing sound solutions. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is an advantage. Agile/Scrum methodology
