What you'll do

• Own the month-end close and produce accurate management accounts
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including AP, AR and cash flow
• Support budgeting and forecasting, and give the leadership team clear insight
• Strengthen controls and processes as you go
• Lead and support a small finance team

What you'll bring

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager and being hands on
• Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or qualified by experience
• A hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach
