4–5 years of relevant experience with TLM 2.4, TLM 3.0 or later versions.
Good knowledge of at least one database: Oracle, Sybase, or SQL Server.
Experience with at least two operating systems: Windows, Unix, or Linux.
Strong hands-on experience with SmartStream TLM modules, including TLM Control, Smart Studio, Recon Admin, TLM View, and MI.
Proven expertise in TLM solution configuration, implementation, enhancement, and development.
Experience in database updates, application upgrades, bug fixing, and platform maintenance.
Hands-on experience in unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), test case preparation, and environment management.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
