Test Analyst / Tester

- Must have minimum 4-6 years of experience in software testing, including test case design, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business processes and system functionalities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while consistently delivering quality outcomes within tight timelines.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and commitment to completing assigned work.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Experience in banking or financial services projects will be an advantage.
