- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Finacle implementation, development, and support.
- Hands-on experience with Finacle 11.x; experience with Finacle 10.x or 11.x is required.
- Strong knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
- Proven experience in end-to-end Finacle setup and implementation, including configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Experience supporting Finacle applications in a production environment, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Familiarity with IT change management processes, release management, and deployment procedures.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, performance, and smooth delivery.
