ServiceNow Solution Architect

Requirements

• 8+ years ServiceNow implementation experience,with at least 3 full-lifecycle CSM implementations as Solution Architect

• Strong hands-on expertise in Case Management,Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and SLA/OLA configuration
• Demonstrated experience designing event-drivenintegrations with ERP/procurement platforms (SAP, Ivalua/AcuBuy-class systems,or equivalent) — no-manual-fallback, retry/error-handling patterns

• Experience with contract lifecycle management(CLM) platform integration (RubiCon or equivalent) is a strong plus
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) mandatory;CIS-CSM (Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management)strongly preferred

• Proven ability to own client-facingarchitecture conversations, including defending design/effort decisions undercommercial pressure (BAFO-style negotiations)
• Experience working in telecom, shared services,or GBS/BPO environments preferred
