Data Migration & Reporting Test Analyst

•  Must have a minimum of 4-8 years of IT experience • Must have strong SQL proficiency. • Experience in data migration, data warehouse, data lake, BI, reporting, or analytics testing. • Experience performing source-to-target reconciliation and data validation. •   Experience testing complex business rules, calculations, and reporting outputs. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
