Automation Engineer

Required Experience 4–8 years of experience in Automation, RPA, Workflow Development, Power Platform, Software Engineering, or a related role. Hands-on experience with Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism , or similar automation tools. Programming/scripting experience, preferably Python . Strong ability to translate business processes into technical automation solutions. Experience with workflow design, business rules, exception handling, testing, deployment, and production support. Strong communication and technical documentation skills, with the ability to work across Business and IT teams. Experience working in structured, governed, and regulated environments. Preferred Experience Banking or financial services experience, especially in Wealth Management, AML/KYC, Compliance, Reporting, Reconciliation, or Back Office . Experience with Microsoft Power Platform , APIs, data extraction, document processing, reporting automation, or BPM/workflow platforms. Understanding of security, data privacy, auditability, access controls, credential management, and change governance .
