AS400 Technical Lead

Technical Skills 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IBM AS400/iSeries development and support. Strong knowledge of: RPGLE SQLRPGLE CLLE DB2/400 Database Query/400 DDS Subfiles Embedded SQL Experience with source version control and change management processes. Good understanding of batch processing, job scheduling, and system integrations. Experience in troubleshooting production issues and performance tuning. Functional Skills Experience supporting banking, financial services, retail, or enterprise applications. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience in project implementation and release management. Familiarity with UAT, SIT, Regression Testing, and Production Verification. Preferred Qualifications Experience with banking systems, payment systems, cards, loans, deposits, or core banking applications. Knowledge of Control-M or workload automation tools. Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or modern integration technologies. Experience working in Agile or Hybrid project environments.
