IT Product Team Lead

Define and execute IT product strategy aligned with business goals

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle (planning, development, launch, enhancement)

Manage and mentor product team members (Associate to Senior level)

Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement

Ensure product governance, compliance, and risk management

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Master's degree (preferred but not mandatory)

6+ years of experience in IT product management, software development, or related field

Minimum 2 years in a managerial or team lead role

Proven experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Specific Knowledge:

Strong understanding of product management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Familiarity with product tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, product analytics tools)

Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric design

Knowledge of data-driven decision making and product metrics

Basic understanding of IT architecture, APIs, and integrations

Risk management and compliance awareness in IT products
