*Job Description:*
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be expected to:
- Organize and maintain safe and effective warehouse environment.
- Arrange accurate inbound and outbound shipments along with appropriate documentation.
- Manage and track inventory levels ? tracking using computer system.
- Count, organize and control all inventory related items.
- Conduct annual inventory counts and other semi-annual counts as needed to ensure accurate figures.
- Maintain strong project management skills, including the ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks, communicate information in a timely fashion and with the appropriate sense of urgency.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive material.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills, organizational skills, mathematical skills, detail oriented and highly motivated.
- Work alongside Project Managers and Service staff to coordinate shipments and material allocations.
- Set out shipments for Service staff and trade pickups.
- Be able to work both individually and as a team with minimum supervision.
- Provide guidance and daily tasks for warehouse coordinators or other laborers.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office products and Inventory software.
- Be punctual and positive, set a professional tone.
- Demonstrate commitment to the project, client, and the team.
- Manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Dress presentably in appropriate professional attire.
- Perform such other duties and responsibilities for various operations within our multi-company environment as may be required and/or assigned as part of the Warehouse Managers duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
