• JOB DESCRIPTION – JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

1. Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Review invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
• Support monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

1. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Placement: Central Jakarta.
• Candidates with relevant accounting experience are preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Accuracy and reliability of financial records.
• Timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
• Accuracy and timely completion of account reconciliations.
• Proper organization, documentation, and filing of financial records.
