Job description

Trident Healthcare Solutions are currently recruiting Support Workers to work at a care service in Pitsea, Basildon .

We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate individuals who are passionate about supporting people to live as independently as possible and providing high-quality care and support.

The role includes:

• Providing person-centred care and support to residents
• Supporting individuals with their daily activities and routines
• Promoting independence, dignity and choice
• Supporting with personal care where required
• Building positive relationships with residents and colleagues
• Following individual care and support plans
• Maintaining accurate records and following relevant policies and procedures

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a care or support worker role is desirable
• A caring, patient and professional approach
• Good communication skills
• Reliability and flexibility
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Right to work in the UK
• Relevant DBS and mandatory training, or willingness to complete these requirements

Pay: £14.43 per hour Location: Rectory Lodge, 87 Rectory Road, Pitsea, Basildon, Essex, SS13 2AF
