Your tasks:

• Processing of complaints from Germany and Austria
• Communication with global and local departments such as Patient Safety, Supply Chain, and Customer Service
• Ensuring the flow of information for quality-relevant complaints
• Dispatch, tracking of information, as well as initiating refunds to pharmacies
• Checking and uploading the goods receipt documentation for the Austrian branch

Your profile:

• Initial professional experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry (such as pharmaceutical-technical biological-technical assistant) or in a pharmacy
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Proficient in handling GMP-/GDP requirements and documentation standards
• Strong communication skills – internally as well as externally, especially regarding quality-relevant topics
• Independent, committed, and quality-oriented
