Robotics Senior Enginner

Position: Senior Robotics Engineer Experience: Minimum 8 Years Department: Engineering & Automation

Key Responsibilities

1. Foundry Automation

• Design and execution of robotic automation systems for foundry applications.
• Experience in robotic pouring, fettling, grinding and material handling.
• Develop customized automation solutions for foundry operations.

1. Industrial Robotics

• Programming and commissioning of ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa and other industrial robots.
• Robot maintenance, preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting.
• Robot calibration, TCP setting, tool configuration and cycle-time optimization.

1. Mechanical, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Design

• Design and development of pneumatic and hydraulic circuits.
• Selection of cylinders, valves, pumps, grippers and related components.
• Mechanical assembly, fixtures, tooling and machine design.

1. Project Engineering & Execution

• Handle projects from concept development to detailed engineering and manufacturing.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, PLC and robotic integration.
• Installation, commissioning and on-site troubleshooting.

1. Project Management & Handover

• Independently manage projects from scratch to final customer handover.
• Prepare technical drawings, BOMs, manuals and maintenance documentation.
• Conduct customer training and production handover.

Required Technical Skills

• Minimum 8 years of industrial automation experience.
• Strong experience in foundry automation and robotic applications.
• Industrial robot programming and integration.
• Pneumatic and hydraulic system design.
• Mechanical machine design and development.
• PLC, HMI and automation system knowledge.
• Robot maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Project execution and customer coordination.

Expected Capability: Independently lead complete robotic automation projects from concept, design and development through manufacturing, installation, commissioning and final customer handover.
