Industrial Unit Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

Your missions: Lead your unit like a conductor: you manage resources, schedules, and budgets so that everything runs smoothly.

Unite your team around a common goal: you animate, motivate, and coordinate; you are the engine of your unit.

Monitor and ensure the reliability of performance indicators: safety, quality, food waste, autonomous maintenance, machine downtime. You prioritize topics, analyze performance data, and guarantee its reliability. You are the point of reference for your unit regarding the quality and accuracy of indicators, and you manage the resulting corrective actions.

Participate in strategic meetings: you exchange with other managers to advance your unit and contribute to the overall performance of the plant.

Be an actor in continuous improvement: you propose, you test, you optimize, and you train. Nothing escapes you; you are always seeking to be the best and to help your team grow.

Profile Description:

A graduate with a Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree with a real desire to be in the field, close to production, the teams, and operational reality.

Minimum 5 years of experience in an automated industrial environment: you know the lines, the machines, the products, and you know how it all works together.

You are a true charismatic leader with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of uniting your team, deciding with courage, and organizing with rigor.

You speak English (minimum B2 level): because our playground goes beyond borders. And above all, you are rigorous and attentive to detail, capable of growing a team, and always ready to propose ideas and move the needle.
