Our client is an internationally leading manufacturer of highly innovative end-of-line packaging machines, setting global standards in automated cartoning for the food and pharmaceutical industries. We are looking for an HR Specialist (m/f/d) at the Amerang location at the earliest possible date.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility & execution of the complete Employee Life Cycle as an HR Manager
• Taking over the Key User function for electronic time tracking including execution of the monthly closing
• Support for employees and managers
• Preparation of contracts, employment references, certificates, and other HR-relevant documents
• Active participation in the Recruiting area (scheduling appointments, preliminary interviews, organization, etc.)
• Participation in and assumption of exciting HR projects and special tasks

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial training with further training in the field of HR or a degree with a focus on HR
• Several years of professional experience in human resources
• Confident handling of Office programs, ideally also with HR tools
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, independent way of working, and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
• Good English skills in speaking and writing (at least B2)
