Junior Spa Therapist

Responsibilities:

Performing Treatments: Carry out standard massages, facials, body scrubs, and beauty services under supervision and according to spa guidelines. Guest Care: Greet clients warmly, check for health conditions or allergies, and ensure guests feel comfortable throughout their visit. Room Maintenance: Clean and sanitize workstations, change table linens, and restock fresh towels and supplies between appointments. Inventory & Stock: Monitor inventory levels for oils, lotions, and amenities, and report shortages to senior management. Reception & Admin: Help run booking systems, answer phone inquiries, and schedule appointments as needed. Promoting Services: Recommend retail products or upsell special spa packages to interested clients.

Requirements:

Be Able to perform at least two varieties of spa therapy procedures (body scrub, massages, waxing, and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner. Minimum qualification of Diploma. 1 year of previous experience in a similar role. Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products.
