Job Summary Operate a Bobcat and other heavy equipment to support construction and site work. Perform assigned tasks safely and efficiently, adapting equipment use to changing ground conditions and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Bobcat, loader, backhoe, excavator, dozer, grader, and Caterpillar equipment as needed for site preparation, material movement, grading, and paving.
• Support horizontal drilling and related construction activities, coordinating equipment movements with the crew.
• Inspect equipment before use, monitor performance, and report mechanical concerns promptly.
• Keep work areas orderly and communicate progress or changing conditions to teammates.
• Your impact: Reliable equipment operation helps crews maintain safe, organized, and productive work sites.

Requirements

Qualifications Required:

• Practical heavy equipment operation skills
• mechanical knowledge
• the ability to follow site instructions and coordinate equipment work safely

Preferred:

• Construction experience
• familiarity with loader, backhoe, excavator, dozer, grader, Caterpillar equipment, horizontal drilling, paving, or commercial driving are valuable strengths for supporting varied projects
