Cafe Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on and service-oriented crew to join us. Responsibilities Ensure smooth service at cafe operations

Ensure proper opening and closing procedures

Attend to customers and handle feedback professionally

Perform cashiering and daily sales reconciliation when required

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards are maintained

Assist management with other operational duties when required

Requirements Good communication and customer service skills

Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently

Able to work 7am to 3pm, weekends and Public Holidays when required
