Export Specialist

Communicate with international importers and clients, and prepare price quotations (FOB / CFR / CIF)

Follow each shipment from contract to delivery and payment collection

Prepare and follow up on export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary certificate.

Coordinate with the agricultural quarantine authority, shipping lines, and customs brokers

Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to meet shipping deadlines

Keep client records and report on export performance

1 to 5 years of experience in export (agricultural products or herbs preferred)

Excellent written and spoken English

Good knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Well organized and able to work under tight shipping deadlines

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Agriculture, Business, or a related field
