Finance Supervisor/ Senior Specialist

Job responsbilities

• Advance tax knowledge- able to handle day to day taxcompliance work, including VAT, WHT, CIT returns etc
• Handle day to day accounting transactions, including posting of financial transaction appropriately, review andapprove of expenses claims, able to review and close the book in SAP timly every month
• Handle and support finance related enquiries on the ground
• Able to independently handle and work with external auditor to complete the annual financial audit
• Able to communicate effectively with tax authority and external consultant such as auditor,
• For highly competient candidate, we are open to expand this to a regional role, for one to be a regional manager to be responsible our companies in Kenya and Ghana.

Requirement

• 5+ years relevant work experience in taxation from a professional services firm, a commerical firm or a financial institution
• Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Accountancy, Management Science, Economics or related subjects
• Strong knowledge in compliance for cross border financial transaction
• Qualified as a Chartered Accountant under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
• Excellent language ability in English
