Do you want to take on responsibility, actively shape processes, and lead a team professionally? Then become part of Transportex GmbH and take on a key role in our company's finance department.

YOUR TASKS

• Central contact person for tax consultancy, auditing, and authorities
• Maintenance, preparation, and provision of tax-relevant documents
• Creation and timely submission of reports to the tax office
• Preparation of preliminary balance sheets and support with annual financial statements
• Creation and preparation of business reports and evaluations (KERF)
• Maintenance and administration of working time records
• Controlling and improvement of processes
• Professional leadership, coordination, and support of the team
• Interface function and coordination between the various departments
• Management, control, and reconciliation of pallet accounts
• Examination, coding, and booking of incoming invoices
• Independent processing and documentation of damage cases
• Setup, configuration, and continuous optimization of the software applications used

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training in financial accounting or comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in logistics and accounting
• Sound knowledge of accounting and cost accounting
• Experience in dealing with tax law
• Confident handling of BMD-Software
• Experience in the logistics industry
• Good English skills (at least B1 level)
• Strong teamwork skills and enjoyment of collaboration
• High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and sense of responsibility
• Resilience and stress resistance, even in intensive work situations
• Willingness for close and trusting cooperation with the management

OUR OFFER

• Gross annual salary starting from 64,000 € (based on 38 hours/week)
• 14 salary payments per year
• Responsible leadership position with room for design

OVERTIME

• Overtime incurred will be compensated in the form of time off in lieu

The minimum remuneration for the position as HEAD OF ACCOUNTING (M/F/D) is 64,000.00 EUR gross per year based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
