Branch Manager

Ensure the correct functioning of the branch, guaranteeing an efficient, profitable operation oriented towards customer service. Supervise the daily operation of the branch ensuring compliance with processes and service standards. Coordinate and direct the operational and administrative personnel of the branch. Guarantee the fulfillment of sales, productivity, and service quality objectives. Control attendance, incidents, and performance of the personnel in charge. Supervise the correct handling of valuables, cash closures, and safeguarding of cash. Ensure the correct control and follow-up of shipments, deliveries, and reception of merchandise. Provide attention and effective solutions to customers regarding doubts, complaints, or incidents. Prepare operational and administrative reports for management. Verify compliance with internal policies, regulations, and security measures. Coordinate operational logistics to ensure delivery and service times. Maintain the branch in optimal conditions of order, cleanliness, and image. Support the training and integration of new collaborators. Implement continuous improvement actions in the operation.
