Job Summary Oversees workflow coordination across operations, resolves daily issues Key Responsibilities. Coordinate between Admin + Warehouse + External. Prioritize workload (urgent shipments). Support Supervisor in daily ops decisions. Communicate with customers through Email/Teams/Phones. to achieve and meet customer requirements. Verify Customer Shipping Requirement and Mode. Ad-hoc job assigned by supervisors and/or managers.
