Real Estate Investment Project Manager

Functions:

Comprehensively plans, coordinates, and manages real estate investment projects, ensuring compliance with financial objectives, deadlines, quality, and regulatory requirements. Oversees compliance with applicable procedures, regulations, and laws. Develops and ensures compliance with risk mitigation plans. Ensures optimal relationship with clients. Ensures the performance and quality of work from contractors, suppliers, and other involved actors. Monitors and executes the determined budget, ensuring compliance with the required financial model.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture with a master's degree in project management or finance.
• Experience in budget administration, financial management, and handling of financial models.
• Must have PMI or SCRUM Certification.
• Experience in real estate project administration.
• Proficiency in Bim.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit, or others.
• Minimum 5 years in development, management, and administration of real estate projects in Project Management, Construction Management, or similar positions.
• Minimum 2 years in construction of mid-range and high-end buildings.
• Experience in SSO.
• Advanced English.

• Knowledge: Adherence to or compliance with standards, Autocad, Quality, Financial statements, Finance, Budget management, Negotiation with suppliers, Revit, Risks, Real estate project administration
• Driver's licenses: automobiles / cars
