About you

To succeed in the role, you should have strong leadership and experience from working in leading positions, preferably from a similar role. We would like to see that you are accustomed to working in maintenance systems and with tendered traffic where reporting and business dialogue are important. You likely have knowledge of environmental and work environment issues within fleet maintenance, experience from change management, as well as LEAN and/or 5S. You feel at home in the passenger transport industry or other labor-intensive and service-oriented industries. You need to be able to switch between a strategic perspective and operational activities and have the ability to create engagement and clarity among your employees.

You are proficient in MS Office and are preferably an experienced user of Excel. To be able to read our technical manuals, you should also have good knowledge of English.
