Responsibilities
- Translate Thai and English into Chinese, including translating related documents
- Create and plan content, including scheduling posting times
- Respond to customer chats and emails in Chinese professionally
- Summarize performance reports and prepare related documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to support operations
- Work 5 days per week, with rotating days off, 10:00-19:00
