As a temporary part-time planner crew facilities at Transavia in Hoofddorp, you ensure that everything is arranged to perfection for the crew members who are often on the road. Because they regularly stay on location, it is your task to book hotel rooms and transfers. You will work accurately based on the production planning and the crew schedules. Additionally, you will be involved in booking and modifying crew duty tickets, always staying sharp on costs and the applicable cao agreements.

Your work as a Planner

The position is incredibly versatile. In addition to overnight stays, you coordinate visa requests and ensure that the meal provisions for the crew are in order. You are the link between various parties, such as hotels, taxi companies, ground handlers, and other airlines. Because these contacts are often international, your good command of the English language will come in very useful. You always ensure that both the crew and all involved departments have the correct information.

Administration and reporting

In addition to the organizational work, you ensure a good handover to the Control Planner. You are sharp on the administrative processing and signal promptly when there are peculiarities. Making reports for the Crew Facilities department is also among your responsibilities. You will be working at the Transavia office in Hoofddorp.

Working hours

In this part-time position, you will work two days per week from 09:00 to 17:00. These days will be determined in consultation, whereby it is important that you are available one day during the weekend.
