Your mission
The RAFM intern will support the Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management team in monitoring, analyzing, and improving controls related to telecom service usage, billing reliability, and fraud risk management.
Working closely with the RAFM team, the intern will contribute to data analysis, reporting, and validation activities within the framework of projects and operational activities.
This internship offers exposure to telecom data environments, financial controls, and analytical tools used to secure revenue and support decision-making. Main responsibilities:
- Support the RAFM team in monitoring telecom usage, billing consistency, and identifying potential revenue leakage
- Analyze large volumes of data related to usage and billing (CDR, usage reports, reconciliation files)
- Contribute to the preparation and updating of analytical dashboards (e.g., Power BI) used for monitoring and reporting
- Participate in validation activities related to projects and operational Revenue Assurance controls
- Identify anomalies, inconsistencies, or potential fraud patterns in telecom usage data
- Document analyses, processes, and results to facilitate internal reporting and collaboration with teams
- Participate in ad-hoc analyses and various RAFM initiatives
Your profile
- Student in the final year of an engineering school in Data, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent
- Strong interest in data analysis and problem-solving
- Good mastery of data analysis tools (Excel required; Power BI and SQL appreciated)
- Ability to manipulate large volumes of data and conduct structured analyses
- Rigor and attention to detail, especially in investigating anomalies
- Good level of English
