The context Faced with the growing challenges of network, data, and application security, Transatel is looking for a GRC security engineer to ensure the company's compliance with security regulations and certifications. You will join a team of security experts reporting directly to the CISO. The team must support Transatel's international development, which involves meeting the regulatory and normative requirements of our field of activity, implementing projects for our NTT group, and thus meeting the security requirements of our current and future customers.

Your mission Within the Telecommunications and Information Systems Department, under the responsibility of the CISO, your main missions will be as follows: Maintain and complete the Information Security Management System (ISMS) compliant with ISO-27001: policy reviews, internal audits, and management reviews.

Perform internal risk analyses, propose adapted action plans in collaboration with the CISO, and monitor action plans to achieve the set objectives.

Ensure compliance with current regulations and security certifications.

Anticipate regulatory developments or needs regarding required certifications.

Provide support on RFPs to the sales teams and the procurement team on security topics.

Participate in the team's RUN activities such as responding to security anomalies or user awareness.

Your profile

• You have an engineering degree or equivalent in the field of IT security, and at least 4 years in a position covering internal audits and the implementation of security equipment with an integrator, a service company, or an operator.
• You master security concepts, methods, and tools, such as security standards, attack and defense techniques, and protection and detection solutions.
• You have technical network and system foundations allowing you to communicate with our internal teams.
• You are familiar with current regulations (RGPD, NIS2, DORA…) and the main security certifications (ISO-27001, SOC 2, ISO-22301, ISO-27018…).
• You know and have implemented risk management methodologies (EBIOS, NIST, BIA…).
• You have good abilities to analyze, synthesize, and simplify risks for different audiences.
• You are autonomous, rigorous, proactive, and result-oriented.
• You have a good level of English, both written and spoken.
