Your mission Within the Telecoms department, you will be a key reference and expert for Transatel's mobile data core network. Working closely with architects and within a team of expert engineers, you will be responsible for the design and documentation of engineering solutions for data routing on our network. This will involve both new services and the consolidation of existing infrastructures, in line with the company's strategy. You will also work with project managers, operational teams, and other engineers within the Telecoms department. As part of this position: You must master Data core network architectures (MME/AMF, SGW/SMF, PGW/UPF, PCC, PCRF, OCS, radius, DNS, etc.) of mobile networks as well as IPv4 / IPv6 technologies, and understand their implementation in our virtual operator core network.

You will design and validate technical solutions that meet project needs while ensuring the operability of the platform.

You will document every subject and ensure the transfer of knowledge to the operational and support teams.

You may be required to provide support for the platform.

You may be required to manage vendor(s) and participate in RFQs.

Your profile With an engineering background in telecommunications or computer science, you have a minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in telecoms, particularly on GGSN / PGW equipment. You master the following technologies: Practical knowledge of IP routing and associated protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.)

Mastery of GPRS/3G/4G/5G architectures and concepts

Knowledge of protocols: GTP, Diameter, HTTP v2 and interfaces Gx, Gy, Gi, AAA (radius), IMS, etc.

Ability to meet short deadlines and changing priorities

Availability for on-site travel if necessary

Experience in IPv6, CGNAT and/or firewall technologies

Experience in cloud deployment (Kubernetes, OCP, etc.)

Ability to project onto the industrialization of client configurations (automation)

Your natural curiosity allows you to stay up to date with industry developments, and you have a strong taste for innovation. Passionate about telecom services engineering, you are curious, autonomous, and enjoy developing innovative solutions. You know how to communicate effectively with various stakeholders in the company, both orally and in writing. Organized and rigorous, you are also comfortable in a dynamic environment. Mastery of English is indispensable for this position.
