The "marketing & product" department comprises 20 people across various functions: product development, technical-functional pre-sales, economic analysts, analyst & manufacturer relations, and offers & strategy marketing. The "IoT - offers & strategy marketing" team consists of 8 people. Your mission As an Automotive Market Manager at Transatel, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a growth plan for your market segment by maintaining a short-term and long-term strategic vision, actively participating in calls for tender, and ensuring operational efficiency (P&L). Your main missions will be: Market Knowledge Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market associated with the growth potentials you have defined (Auto, Mobility, 2-wheelers…), which you also relay internally.

You influence the product roadmap by presenting the needs of your industry to the product development team.

Implement effective benchmarking and analysis tools, in collaboration with your colleagues.

Offers & Calls for Tender You act as a key contributor to calls for tender in this industry. Together with the Presales and Pricing teams, you define the best strategy (technical and pricing) to win the project(s). You defend this strategy to top management.

You are responsible, for your industry, for defining pricing (standard or dedicated) and packaging the functional aspects that you demonstrate to be relevant.

You monitor your P&L and propose ways to optimize it (customer acquisition costs, support offers…).

Market Strategy Prioritize and plan industries, use cases, and geographies to target.

Develop an operational vision for a 3 to 6-month horizon (in strong interaction with sales and communication – operational marketing) as well as defining and embodying growth drivers for a 2 to 3-year horizon and the projects to undertake today to maximize profit.

Sales Support You are responsible for sales materials and contracts.

You train the sales team.

You support sales representatives in identifying the issues of key prospects in order to define the most relevant offers based on the proven needs of your prospects.

You will work closely with the Presales and Pricing team as well as the technical teams to capitalize on their respective expertise, as well as cross-functionally within the organization (sales, communication, product teams). As the guarantor of operational efficiency, you will also interact in "project mode" with the support, finance, legal, and regulatory teams.

Your Profile You have already accumulated several years of experience: In an offer marketing, strategic marketing, or operational marketing role oriented towards B2B or wholesale.

In the Auto world, or at a minimum in the Internet of Things or the mobile market. You describe yourself as: Curious: you like to learn every day in a highly technical environment (Telecom, IoT, IT).

Rigorous: you are attentive to detail and able to structure your analyses and recommendations clearly and precisely, particularly when responding to calls for tender.

Excellent communicator: You enjoy communicating with internal teams as much as with clients. You are able to communicate clearly and concisely, including with the company's top management.

Proactive and autonomous: You are able to take initiative and lead projects independently.

Fluent in English (mandatory): you have mastered English, both written and spoken, allowing you to work effectively in an international environment.

Success Factors Strong appetite for the Automotive market and understanding of its challenges, trends, and key players.

Comfortable with constructing and analyzing business plans, as well as advanced use of Excel on a daily basis.

Marked interest in operational marketing, in order to contribute to the company's visibility and showcase our successes to our clients and partners.

Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, technical, product, etc.) to achieve set objectives.
