IT/Telecom Buyer M/F

The Context The Purchasing function is currently composed of a team of three people, led by a Purchasing Manager with the mission to structure, professionalize, and develop the purchasing department. The team supports all company departments in expressing and managing their purchasing needs, covering a scope that notably includes IT/Telecom/networks, marketing and communication, corporate services, as well as overhead costs.

Your Mission Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will take charge of one or more types of purchases, support your internal stakeholders, and negotiate optimized purchasing conditions for goods and services. In this capacity, your main missions will be to:

• Conduct Purchasing processes (RFI/RFP, direct negotiations) while ensuring compliance with purchasing procedures and in accordance with the company's legal policy;
• Monitor the proper execution of the main contracts entrusted to you;
• Manage the relationship with major suppliers within your scope;
• Act as a proactive resource for your stakeholders (needs, alternatives, etc.);
• Participate in the purchasing strategy for the purchasing families assigned to you;
• Participate in the professionalization of purchasing within the company;
• Participate in the improvement of purchasing processes.

As part of these missions, you will contribute to driving collaboration with the NTT Data purchasing department.

Your Profile

• Master's degree (engineering school and/or business school)
• Approximately 5 years of experience in international environments in similar roles, ideally in IT/Telecom/networks purchasing
• Good knowledge of IT/Telecom/networks supplier markets and the challenges related to these projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, and results orientation
• Interest in new technologies (notably AI) and their impact on productivity
• Good level of English, both written and spoken
