Transall Internationale Spedition GmbH is an owner-managed company that has been importing and exporting goods worldwide via air, sea, or land for over 30 years. The company has its own fleet consisting of transport vans and trucks. In addition, there is its own warehouse with almost 8,000 m², of which almost 6,000 m² are covered. Furthermore, the warehouse can be accessed via a ramp or, upon request, from the side. Thanks to an international team of employees, we are well-positioned linguistically to support our customers in Chinese, Greek, German, English, Polish, Russian, and French.

We are looking for a Freight Forwarding Agent (m/f/d) - Ocean Freight Import

Description

• complete order processing (LCL and FCL) including the organization of pre- and post-carriage
• verification of necessary documents
• booking of freight space
• import customs clearance
• processing of incoming invoices
• billing
• processing and follow-up of complaints
• claims processing
• communication with shipping lines, customers, companies, and our overseas locations worldwide
• support of our quality management

Qualifications

• completed vocational training as a Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen or a comparable qualification
• good knowledge in the field of ocean freight
• good knowledge in the field of customs clearance
• good knowledge in handling Atlas
• very good English in spoken and written form
• good MS Office skills
• high degree of flexibility

• strong communication skills
• good teamwork
