At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a Team Leader: Dispatch & Service (m/f/d) for TRANSA Spedition GmbH at the Mannheim location. Your tasks:

• While complying with legal regulations, you ensure the trouble-free, timely, and economical dispatch of orders, vehicles, and technical aids
• Additionally, you are responsible for controlling the dispatch of truck traffic in the area of partial and complete loads
• You are responsible for controlling the dispatch as well as the processing of customer orders and project business. Good communication with companies and customers is important to you
• The creation of offers while observing and complying with quality guidelines is important to you. You ensure the monitoring and guarantee of order-compliant service delivery
• You are responsible for monitoring and analyzing the KPIs and ensuring the continuous improvement process

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed commercial vocational training, preferably as a Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen
• You can already demonstrate several years of experience in a comparable position
• You are proficient in using standard software applications such as MS Office, software systems, and internet platforms, and you also have good knowledge of the English language in spoken and written form
• You are characterized by an independent, structured way of working and a high orientation toward quality. You are keen to question and rethink processes
• Negotiation skills, employee leadership, as well as your excellent geographical knowledge round off your profile
