At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as an Employee Account Management (m/f/d) for Transa Spedition GmbH at the Offenbach am Main location. Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the care of existing customers as well as the value enhancement of existing customers through the improvement of revenue quality
• As a partner and consultant at eye level, you maintain these with joy, commitment, and a good solution orientation
• As an organizational and communication talent, you are the driver of the offer process from initial contact to the implementation of a business in terms of functional responsibility for the overall process
• One of your most important tasks is the coordination of specialist departments and operationally responsible units to ensure the service statement and the moderation of the necessary coordination

You will profitably use your expertise in supporting sales activities, research activities to identify markets, trends, as well as potential target customers, in order to support the department in the back office and to tap into new target markets.

Your profile:

• The basis of your qualification is a successfully completed training in the forwarding and logistics sector. You will profitably contribute your very good knowledge and experience in national and international freight transport – ideally also in rail operations –
• You are proficient in using common MS Office applications
• You have very good written and spoken English skills. Italian skills as well as other language skills are an advantage
• With your precise, confident, and friendly communication, you leave no questions unanswered – through your structured approach, you are able to grasp complex contexts quickly and correctly
• You act proactively and not only have new ideas but also realize them with a high customer orientation and a high sense of responsibility
