At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a Dispatcher: Truck Transport (w/m/d) for TRANSA Spedition GmbH at the Hannover location – alternatively, the place of work can also be in Berlin, Leipzig, Osnabrück, Bad Lauterberg, Mannheim, Oberschleißheim or Obertshausen. Your tasks:
- In compliance with legal regulations, you ensure the trouble-free, timely, and economical dispatch of planned vehicles / charter vehicles in Germany and Europe
- Additionally, you are responsible for the acquisition of service providers as well as the independent assignment of orders to them
- You manage order receipt, recording, and processing, sort them accordingly, and integrate them into the planning
- The creation of offers while observing and complying with quality guidelines is important to you. You ensure the monitoring and securing of order-compliant service delivery using the available work tools and media
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed commercial vocational training, preferably as Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen
- You can already demonstrate several years of practical experience in the field of dispatch and you have knowledge of legal social regulations with a practical understanding of transport processes
- You can routinely handle common software applications such as MS Office, software systems, and internet platforms, and you also bring good knowledge of the English language in spoken and written form
- You are characterized by an independent, structured way of working and a high orientation towards quality, but teamwork is also important to you
- Negotiation skills as well as your very good geographical knowledge round off your profile
