Inside Sales (m/f/d) - Southwest Region, Headquarters

Your tasks

You will manage our existing customer base in your sales territory and further develop it together with the field service. You will actively support the field service and, among other things, take over the coordination and scheduling of customer appointments. You will process sales leads from the tele-sales area and independently conduct telephone sales conversations with a focus on up- and cross-selling. You will create offers and sales statistics, maintain customer and master data, and assist in calculating price changes and their effects. You will reliably document your sales activities in our CRM system (C4C), thereby ensuring transparent and up-to-date customer data.

Requirements

• A completed commercial vocational training or a comparable degree
• Professional experience in sales or in a commercial activity, ideally in the courier, express, parcel, or logistics industry
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and sales skills, as well as a confident manner in customer conversations
• A customer- and solution-oriented way of working as well as enjoyment in achieving success together in a team
• Initiative and motivation to actively develop customer relationships
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good written and spoken English skills
