Operations Supervisor

A Manufacturing Company for more than 20 years in the service located at Benoi, require the following Positions to join our Esteemed Organization.

OPERATION EXECUTIVE JOB SCOPE

1. Receiving and dispatching vehicles
2. Vehicle damage initial assessment
3. To prioritize and assign vehicles into workshop to be worked on
4. To inform customers on readiness to collect / return the ready vehicles
5. To get confirmation from customers / our admin ops team to proceed with KIV repairs
6. To provide vehicle repair scopes for complicated repairs for quotation submission
7. To assist to record for scope of work done

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 6.30pm
• Saturday – 8.30am to 5.00pm
• Sunday & PH – Off
