About the position

We are now seeking an Operations Manager for direct recruitment to our client DSV. In the role of Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations at the site and ensure that the business is conducted with high quality, clear processes, and a strong focus on safety. You will become an important leader with responsibility for both people and operations, where you will initially lead a team of seven employees. In addition to this, approximately five security guards will be on-site daily as part of the operation's security work.

We are looking for you who has a genuine and well-developed mindset for safety and who sees the importance of working in a structured and meticulous manner. You are a person who follows routines, has a high sense of responsibility, and thrives in a role where safety and order are crucial success factors. The role also requires good administrative ability and a structured way of working.

We would prefer that you have:

Very good understanding of security work and security routines

High accuracy and a structured way of working

Good administrative ability

Fluent English in speech and writing as all communication with the client takes place in English

Experience in leadership and personnel responsibility

Ability to create clarity, security, and structure in the operation

As the position involves work within a security-classified operation, a security clearance will be conducted as part of the recruitment process. This includes, among other things, a check of criminal records as well as a review of work history for the last seven years.
