*About the Role*

We are seeking a Construction Manager with a proven track record in high-end residential and commercial construction. You will oversee project execution from pre-construction through completion while ensuring safety, budget, schedule, and quality goals are not just met but exceeded.

You'll manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams with a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of accountability, working across some of the Cayman Islands? most exciting builds.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Lead the delivery of high-end residential and commercial projects, sometimes concurrently
  • Manage on-site operations, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, RFI processes, submittals, material procurement, and document control
  • Chair regular site meetings and ensure transparent contract and progress reporting
  • Drive quality control and safety compliance across all project phases
  • Coordinate design, engineering, and construction teams for a seamless client experience
  • Support and monitor contractor invoicing and payment applications through project closeout

*Requirements*

  • Bachelor?s Degree in Construction Management or a related construction field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Manager with a general contractor overseeing multiple projects.
  • Proven experience managing ground-up construction of high end single-family residential homes from site preparation through project completion.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering commercial and hospitality projects, including fit-outs in hotels, restaurants, retail and office spaces.
  • Experience managing high-end residential renovations, additions, custom construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and quality control.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings and specifications.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients while delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and construction management software; Buildertrend experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Cayman Islands Building Code, Caribbean construction practices, or island construction experience is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be physically capable of managing multiple active construction sites and lifting or moving construction materials when
