Experience as a Pricing Specialist and Freight Forwarding Pricing Manager will be valued. Exposure to LATAM, Europe, Asia, and US markets, team training, and margin analysis are required. The role of Senior Rates Analyst is key to financial success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize rate structures for international logistics operations including FCL, LCL, air freight, break bulk, and oversized cargo rates.
• Negotiate and establish carrier contracts with shipping lines, airlines, and other logistics providers to ensure competitive rates.
• Perform margin and profitability analysis per operation and client, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Supervise and approve quotes and rate proposals for clients, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key providers in the freight forwarding sector.
• Implement and improve procurement processes for logistics services.
• Use Business Intelligence (BI) tools, CRM, and RMS systems for data analysis and decision-making.
• Lead and train the pricing team, promoting the development of technical and analytical skills.
• Ensure compliance with pricing policies and the organization's financial objectives.
• Stay updated on international logistics market trends and global rate structures.

Requirements:

• Professional in Foreign Trade, International Business, Engineering, or related careers.
• More than 4 years of experience in pricing, rates, or international logistics.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Knowledge of CRM and RMS systems.
• Mastery of maritime, air, and land rate structures.
• Experience in negotiating carrier contracts and procurement.
• Demonstrated capacity in margin and profitability analysis.
• Advanced B1-B2 English level.
• Experience in negotiating FCL, LCL, air, break bulk, and oversized cargo rates.
• Experience in managing logistics providers (shipping lines, airlines, agents).
• Knowledge of LATAM, Europe, Asia, and US markets.
• Experience in training and leading pricing teams.
